First registration and then what? Taxation, legislation, enslavement? Good grief when will we figure out that the UN is our worst enemy, far worse than any groups of terrorist and even worse than Washington DC itself.
Sure this sounds all touchy feely and nice. After all it is for the children right? If it is important then individual governments should do it. If they fail to do it and it is so important then individual people should force their governments to act.
There is no place in this world for the UN or any of thier plans, programs or ideas.
