"This site is dedicated to eliminating the menaces to freedom known as Seat Belt Check Points, DUI Check Points, and any other check points and speed traps that civil authorities (The Gestapo) think are acceptable in a free society. I can think of nothing as un-American as having to stop and slowly drive past a bunch of jackbooted thugs as they scrutinize me and my vehicle for potential violations. Worse than that are the violations of 4th amendment rights that often take place at these check points, where law abiding citizens must either endure unlawful searches of their persons or vehicles, or risk being arrested on trumped up charges of resisting arrest, interfering with law enfoircement, etc. "
